Ingredients
- 2 cod fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Lemon wedges (optional)
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
Pat dry cod fillets and brush with olive oil.
Season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Air fry at 400°F for 8–10 minutes, until flaky and internal temp reaches 145°F (63°C).
Serve with a squeeze of lemon.
